You’re invited to explore the Adela Barquín building, the first social housing project for seniors over 65 in Sant Feliu de Llobregat.
From the FiBS Foundation, a founding member of COHABITAC, we work to provide a Home to individuals and families in need, through the promotion of social housing and aging-in-place programs.
With 90 social homes, the Adela Barquín Building is the first social rental promotion with services in the area. Designed to foster community relations, inclusion and social transformation, the building is named after Adela Barquín, a local activist who fought to improve living conditions for the neighbors of Sant Feliu de Llobregat.
We’ve made sure to integrate crucial aspects, such as affordable housing, tenancy security, physical features of the homes and neighborhood, and eco-friendly design.

Join us for an informative session on the project’s details and benefits, followed by a guided tour of the building’s facilities, common spaces, and sample flats. You’ll also hear from a resident who will share their experience and the start of this new community.
